hi all, this is like so great! like today is the v last day of yr 2006 and i'm here, munching on ritter sport chocs, feeling bloated from my curry dinner, watching stuart little 2 on ch5 and on the com at the same time. like wow, how interesting and meaningful huh! well i am disturbed, perturbed, whatever. it's like this ever since i looked into everyone's trolley in ntuc and each is like filled with snacks, seafood&all those party stuff luh. well guess what, it then suddenly jolted me in the mind tt today was the last day of yr 2006, sth to rejoice! like x mas and i'm jst stuck at home. mum&dad's jst staring into the tv box and i am completely jst thinking of what to do next. last day of 2006 and first day of 2007 is like another day for me, jst nearing the day sch reopens? gosh, i am lifeless (no life) -.-

haha. i jst feel like watching death note 1&2 now. it's an indescribable wish deep down in my heart. haha. aft reading the synopsis (which i will post ltr), then i suddenly feel like watching it v v badly! haha. but u havta pay like 19 bucks (i tink) to catch both movies which is v ex la but on an extra note, death note 1 was screened some time ago and u also have to spend money to go buy the vcd/dvd in the first place ma.
sigh i rlly regret not watching it last time la. cos i all along tot it was a horror movie and so i tot i wld be freaked and not be able to slp anymore. haha, see how childish/immature thinking i have. LOLS.
Story Synopsis:
The human whose name is written in this note shall die.
Light Yagami is an elite university student and a genius. When a shinigami (God of Death) dropped 'Death Note' on Earth, Light picks it up and decides to keep it. With his father being a police inspector, Light has a strong sense of justice and is determined to wipe out all criminals using the Death Note. As criminals continue to die in unexplainable ways, people begin to believe it is the work of a 'messiah' who they call Kira. sigh. internet probs making com&internet so laggy. i hope they fix the cables soon. ):
sigh.mum's complaining abt the mess in my rm. pls, it looks perfectly fine to me. well i like things this way so like she's complaining tt i nvr keep my table spick&span. well, hello, i'm not the world's neatest freak and who likes cleaning anw? and my table's currently not piled with books lor, just some misc pprs, x mas pres tt are still not collected and meridian stuff la. like it does not even look messy to me. ok fine, the internet cables make it look messy but it's not. and my rm's dark, so it looks dirty and whatsoever. like i din even choose tt rm myself ok.
sigh. i've nth to do except looking fwd to 3rd jan which to be honest doesn't seem so enticing anymore. unless, i get the combi i want then tt's a diff story. and they gonna put us in diff orientation grp which i rlly hope i get paired up with audrey if not i'll be stoning to death there with no one to talk to except strangers. ):
on a lighter note, did u all read the pprs today? i mean the second last pg in urban? they featured those donuts and it all looks so yummy, except the wasabi cheese one. but the rest looks so artistic and too nice to be consumed. lols. but it's ex can. $11 for 12 assorted and $10 for 12 donuts(i tink they're all the same for this one). and of cos, ppl will rather pay an extra buck to have diff flavours la, which is v v obv.
oh and everyone's like shifting to xanga and moving away from blogger! shd i move over too? lols.

ok my blog's so dead!so i gonna do sth abt it and like blog?! lol. oh, my cousin's k800i is spoiled. and she was complaining how sad it was cos it was like only 2 mths old! ): so wasted can.
went on duck&hippo tour yest. yoohoo. i learnt so much abt s'pore! which is a good thing cos it sparked my interest in tourism. heh. did u know we are gonna like build the largest ferris wheel ever and it can go all the way up to abt 45 storeys high!! is tt cool or what. haha. s'pore is amazing. :D
ok this are 3 buildings namely uob, oub and sth. which is the tallest?
haha. it's none of the above.
they stand at a height of 280m and like the tallest buildings ard. and they gonna be yet the tallest cos the limit for the highest buildings are only gg to stand at a height of 245m. yup. (:
under construction: the temp national stadium although this is gonna be permanent. haha. confusing right? lol. erm there's gonna be a floating platoon or dunno wad shit la, accdg to the tour guide.
sry, but i'm lazy to tilt the pic so u got to tilt ur head. haha, i'm such a lazy bum.
erm this is st andrew's cathedral and it has been struck thrice by lightning and once at the courtyard. accdg to the tour guide, it's kind of spooky cos it was nvr the tallest building ard, esp not when it was struck in the courtyard. which turned out to be badly damaged and they had to rebuilt it.
ok guys, this is the notorious(sp?) mica (say mee-kay) building! ok this has nth to do with theduck&thehippo but i tink it will bring some fond memories to the some of us. (:
fullerton hotel. superb hotel, nonetheless cannot be compared to raffles hotel. used to be some british post office i tink. i cant rmb much abt this though.
ok abt raffles hotel, the last tiger was shot in there under some billiard table and hmm, the windows are bullet-proof! some of the guest are michael jackson and queen elizabeth. oh and u cant jst walk in and book a room. there is alr a 2mth waiting list btw. their president suite is 6000+ sing dollars per night. wow!
new version of supreme court and it's situated nxt to the old one. the old one looks like some old british building and this new one is jst totally cool and it even has a viewing gallery which is open to public. (:

oh yes, there's talks going on tt the disneyland here is probably being made indoors due to the heat in s'pore. if it rlly becomes reality, then this is gonna be the first even indoor disneyland. (:

after hearing all this, how can u say u're not gonna be proud of s'pore? the country even to transform with the greatest impact in a short period of time, supposedly la. from the times when jurong swamps were infested with crocodiles to the time when jurong becomes an industrial estate..gosh!
